It is a platform designed to be simple, efficient, and friendly to both clients and our estate planners in the process of writing a will.

The RightWill online platform is owned and operated by RightWill Sdn Bhd (Company  No. 202301031772) (1525695-A).

Clients may appoint any trusted individuals or JCCW (M) Trustee Berhad to execute the wills written under the RightWill platform.

It is open to both Malaysians and foreigners who are:

  • 18 years old and above.
  • Of sound mind.
  • Not a Muslim.
  • Willing to revoke all their previous wills and rewrite their latest wills.

It is not legally required to have a lawyer when writing a will. If the written will fulfils the requirements of the relevant laws and acts, it is considered as a valid and legitimate will.
